Meet Our Expert Instructor:
Ashim Das: My name is Ashim Das, and I am a Senior IT Specialist at the New York State Insurance Fund. I hold a Master's degree in Computer Science from The City University of New York. I have been practicing yoga since 2001, starting with the basics learned from Dr. Paresh Modok, a former professor at Bangladesh Agricultural University. Over the years, I have continued to deepen my practice by learning more advanced levels from various sources.
